When reaching out, be sure to include the following information:

  • Your customer ID (a four or five digit number)
  • A link to a page where we can observe the issue
  • If not a publicly accessible page, include credentials to a test page if possible

To ensure the fastest response and to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to communicate in English or Swedish. If you are having issues with a current implementation, please include a link to a page where the implementation can be viewed by the Support team for a quicker troubleshooting process.
